Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. For multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received; for goods delivered in several consignments or parts, when the last consignment or part is received.

by an unequivocal statement, for example by post or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

You may also use the permanently available electronic “Withdraw from contract” function in the shop interface. You review the details in a second step and submit the withdrawal using “Confirm withdrawal”. An immediately storable receipt containing the declaration, date and time is then provided.

It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed, and no fee will be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after giving notice to JW Tech GmbH, Auf der Ahl 33, 65207 Wiesbaden, Germany. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before it expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and early expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Other statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
