Shipping and payment

Delivery destinations

We deliver to EU Member States, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Other destinations cannot be selected at checkout.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs applicable to the destination, basket and shipping method are displayed in the basket and checkout before the order is submitted. The applicable delivery time is shown on the product page or at checkout. Where a delivery period for advance payment starts only after payment is received, this is stated with the payment method.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise at checkout, deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland are made DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms® 2020) to the delivery address provided. JW Tech arranges carriage to that destination. The recipient is responsible for import clearance and must pay import duty, import VAT and any customs or carrier clearance/disbursement fees. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping charge displayed by the shop and may be collected before or upon delivery.

Payment methods

Until online payment services are integrated, advance payment by bank transfer is generally available to public customers. Bank details and the payment reference are provided with the payment instructions.

Payment by invoice is not available by default and may later be offered only to expressly approved customer groups. Cash on delivery and direct debit are not offered as general payment methods. The payment methods visible to the individual customer at checkout are authoritative.
